FLAX IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH 

The different parts of flax have different characteristics affecting human health. One of the oldest ways to use flax is to soak whole seeds in lukewarm water and to have the gelled mixture as a product calming down one’s stomach.

Linseeds are still used for the above purpose. Additionally, oil is pressed out of linseeds using the cold-pressing method, and at the same time raw material is being obtained for crushed linseed.
